Hey! I’m Dylan Steider I’m a senior at Lincoln Lutheran High School. I play a lot of sports in my free time and for my school. One of my favorite things to do is lift. So this website is kind of like my Gift to anyone who might come across it and wants to know more about lifting. I love to lift so much I even compete in Power lifting meets. Lifting has always been a big part of my life and I think it should be a big part of everyone’s lives. Even if its not to get huge or bulk up. You could just be needing to get in shape lifting will help you keep a healthy life style for many years to come.
